Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. However, everyone gets two short-notice cancellations without being charged — life happens, and I understand.

 

 

Think of this policy like having a couple of “get out of jail free” cards — you can use them if something comes up, so you can stay flexible without worry, while keeping things fair for everyone.
